Fruchtkörper / Habitus / Wachstumsform

Cap dry and squamulose or tomentose; stem surface dry and smooth; pileipellis at least in centre a trichoderm.

Six species: H. miniata, H. calciphila, H. substrangulata, H. cantharellus, H. turunda and H. coccineocrenata.
